“Before TraX if there was an issue and you needed a document, I would have to ring up the branch and ask them for the delivery note as they only sent delivery notes over in paper format at the end of the week. I then had to sit and sort through all of these paper copies and match the delivery noted to the invoices. It was very time consuming. Now the delivery notes are automatically scanned in at the three sites, they are linked to the transaction in Intact and then the related invoice and I have immediate access to view all the related paperwork online in our TraX system. It’s just so much more efficient.”
