The efficiency gains at Harris & Bailey are remarkable. Lisa reports that tasks that would have previously taken 2 days can now be carried out in approximately 45 minutes. Also 80-90% of invoices now require zero human intervention and are automatically posted to the Intact iQ ERP system, ready for payment. TraX now takes on the role of extracting invoices from Outlook, filing, and indexing them, linking them to relevant documentation, matching them to the transactional data in Intact iQ and then posting them for payment. This now frees up Lisa to focus on tasks that contribute to improving the accounts’ payable function. Time can be sent on effectively managing any discrepancies that arise and making maximum use of the technology to optimise productivity gains.
