G4S introduced our TraX Document Management solution for their accounts payable department and has TraX fully integrated into their NAV financial system. This allows for the scanning and processing of all purchase invoices and backs up documents to be fully integrated into their accounts system, giving all users full access to their invoices from any location. There is no longer any need to have paper files moving from department to department and, most importantly, it keeps everything secure.
